  2011 gave us a busy summer. From Red Lobsters in Winchester, VA and South Plainfield, NJ to another McDonald\'s in Laurel, MD and another Jason\'s Deli in Columbia, MD.   ITEK Construction is awarded first Cici\'s Pizza project in Rosedale, Baltimore.

  ITEK Construction is awarded Lee District Park Family Rec-Phase I

  Fairfax County Park Authority awarded ITEK Construction and Consulting , Inc., a $1,600,000 Lee District Park Family Recreation Area - Phase I project.
  
  Located on 4 acres of developed land Franconia, VA include Demolition, Earthwork, Restroom/Ticket Building, Roadway, parking Lots, Storm water Management System, Plazas, Walkways and Landscaping.
  
  Project is expected to begin in June and completion is expected in May 2011.

  ITEK Construction is proud to start the first Lonestar Steak House project

  Long-awaited renovations and upgrades at Lonestar Steak House, Wilmington, Delaware has started in May and expected to complete by end of August, 2010.

• May 18 2010

  ITEK Construction builds second Sonic Drive In

  ITEK Construction brakes ground to build the second Sonic Drive-In in Randallstown, Baltimore, MD.
  
  After finishing first Sonic Drive In restaurant ahead of time in winter conditions in Richmond, VA, ITEK Construction is proud to start the second Sonic Restaurant project in Randallstown, Baltimore. This project is even more challenging than the first one, because of the under ground work.
  
  

• May 18 2010

  ITEK succesfully completes its first project for M.C. DEAN Building Intelligence

  ITEK Construction, has reached substantial completion on building security kiosks for M.C. Dean in Reston location. Project included building of two security kiosks for government facility.
  
  ITEK reached substantial completion in late February.
