ITEK Construction produced a highly detailed and comprehensive bid proposal that we were able to review and understand. ITEK Construction's bid proposal format enabled us to make intelligent decisions regarding project budgets and value engineering.

ITEK Construction has just completed a new Corner Bakery Café for us in Eastern Pennsylvania. Our selection of ITEK to complete this project was based upon a very good recommendation from Corner Bakery Café Inc as well as the very competitive bid they submitted for this project.

This was our first use of ITEK Construction, but based upon their performance it will not be our last.

As a franchisee and developer of restaurants across the states of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware we were looking to switch contractors and our goal was to find one who was both competitively priced and also operated very professionally. ITEK proved to be both of those things. The project was completed and delivered on time and on budget.

Throughout the development process our franchisor’s representatives made regular visits to verify the plans were being interpreted correctly and that all construction was up to their standard. This year I had ITEK Construction & Consulting, INC. do the general contracting for one of our new Corner Bakery Café restaurants in DC area. The Resturant was on the first floor office / residential high building in down-town Arlington, Virginia. The project was quite difficult compared to our average location we build around the country.

ITEK Construction did an outstanding job for us, minimizing the cost overrun and managing the relationship between Corner Bakery Café and the building management. They were always willing to help out in making any changes, or correcting items as needed to make the final project a complete success.
