THE EXISTING FOUR-STORY BUILDING IS TO BE RENOVATED INTO A COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL SPACE. THE LOWER 2 FLOORS OF THE BUILDING ARE TO BE CONVERTED INTO A RESTAURANT WITH A KITCHEN LOCATED ON THE SECOND LEVEL. THE FIRST FLOOR IS TO HOST THE MAIN BAR SPACE AND VARIOUS FIXED AND NON-FIXED SEATS WITH AN OUTDOOR PATIO TO EXTEND OFF THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING. THE SECOND FLOOR IS TO HAVE ANOTHER SMALL BAR WITH FIXED AND NON-FIXED SEATING. EACH DWELLING CONSISTS OF TWO BEDROOMS, TWO FULL BATHROOMS, A HALF BATH, A LIVING ROOM, A DINING ROOM, AND A KITCHEN. WINDOWS AND DOORS ON THE FIRST AND SECOND FLOOR ARE TO BE REPLACED BUT TO MATCH EXISTING COLORS. WE WILL BE COMBINING THE TWO EXISTING ADDRESSES – 1608 AND 1610 WASHINGTON PLAZA NORTH ON THE FIRST AND SECOND FLOORS.
